Has it been 50 minutes yet?

How do the days fly by so quickly? It seems like it's always weeks between posting but it feels like yesterday. Looking back on this week, we didn't go out to dinner very much. Working a little bit longer hours with the new position and various staff related stress induced by unnecessary drama at work.

Seeing a personal trainer once a week is maybe influencing me to eat just slightly healthier and to hit the gym one extra time weekly. The trainer definitely pushes me 50% beyond the point where I would have quit if working out on my own. I don't feel nearly as goofy and wierd about people watching as I thought I would because it takes every bit of concentration to get through each set. No time to feel self conscious. 7 more weeks to go but I can already seeing myself signing up for another round of punishment.
